YKE5405M 5-phase Stepper Drive The YKE5405M is a high-performance digital stepper drive based on a new generation of digital control technology, specifically designed for five-phase motors. Compared to ordinary two-phase stepper drivers, its unique advantages include smoother low-speed operation and less low-speed resonance. At high speeds, it offers better start-stop performance and output levels. Motion planning through ARM and FPGA, pulse commands can be output, which can control 1-8 axes servo or stepper motor at the same time. The maximum frequency of each axis is 4MHz, and the 8-axis encoder input signal can be detected. It supports linear and circular interpolation, supports trapezoidal and S-shaped acceleration and deceleration point-to-point motion control, and supports speed/positoion change during motion. The position command can be output by single pulse (pulse + direction) or double pulse (CW + CCW pulse); it can be a differential output circuit or a single-ended output circuit.
